Were we ever surprised !

We move into our new home in Novi, Michigan April this year and we changed our locks, because we knew it would be safer for us.  We went to The Home Depot and bought all new locks, my husband fitted them to the doors, and we felt this was enough.  So we were very surprised when our 10 years old daughter pushed the front door and it opened even though the door was locked!! Whoever would have thought a newish lock would not hold, and be opened by a 10 year old! This was a wakeup call for us, we called professional locksmiths to come over and give us a quote.  Novi Michigan Locksmith, were the best quote, but it was not only the best quote that was the decision, we liked the professionalism they offered, the quality of the products they had on offer, and they speed they changed the locks, we also got them to check the house over and they advised us to get an alarm system set up with a CCTV camera.  Our home is much safer and will use their services in future plus recommend them.

I locked myself out the car

No kidding, I did the stupidest thing ever, I locked the keys in the car, plus my purse and phone, there I was staring at the car wondering what to do to get back in.  I thought about breaking a window, but knew if I did the alarm would go off, and insurance wouldn’t pay out, or I’d be arrested for breaking into my own car. While I was thinking about this, I was scared to leave the car and go not the shops, an elderly man arrived next to me to get into his far.  He must have thought I was crazy or something ‘cos I pounced on him. Asked him to help me get my things out the car.  Fortunately he was more level headed than me and called his locksmith to come out. I was very impressed when the locksmith arrived in 10 minutes from the call, he had the lock open in no time at all and I was even more pleased at how affordable the whole thing was.  Thank you my kind Samaritan for helping me out. I now have the phone number of the locksmith in my purse and on my phone.  I won’t be stupid enough to lock myself out again. But you never know what will happen when distracted.

There is nothing more scary than the key breaks…

I got to my car put the key in the lock tuned and it broke.  Fortunately I have Novi Michigan Locksmith’s number in my purse. I called them and in 10 minutes they had a locksmith out to me, he opened the door in 2 minutes, yes I timed him, and not a scratch on the car, he got in quick, made a new key in the van which works perfectly, I’d like to thank your company for such fast and expert service. After a Burglary we need new locks…

My partner and I went out with a friend and when we returned we found our backdoor lock broken.  What a shock that was to find we’d been burglarized. There was a lot of stuff stolen, but the biggest  problem was to secure the door. I got on the phone and started phoning locksmiths, and hit on Novi Michigan Locksmiths, the dame at the call center was cute and friendly, she got a locksmith out to us 15 minutes after I’d called, this was just after midnight.  She said they run a 24/7 operation.  The locksmith came in a van that had everything he needed to fix the broken door and fit a new lock. He said I should get a locksmith out in the day to look over the whole house to see of there was anything else needed doing to make the house safe.  He would have done it for us then but got another call for an emergency.  These people are good, they fast, efficient. And mighty friendly. I put their number on  my speed dial.
